Surrounded by blooming meadows and green forests our family-led hotel ist located on the ridge of the "Erzgebirge" an an attidute of 761m above sea level. It is in (the suburb) Heidelbach between the toy-village Seiffen and Neuhausen. Due to its quiet location, away from the village, our house which is open throughout the year offers you recreation in summer and winter. It can be easily reached by car. There are various opportunities for active recreation. In summer you can use the cycle tracks and in winter tracked cross-country ski runs near the house as well as well prepared pists. In summer you can enjoy the solar heated open-air swimming pool in Neuhausen. In addition there are numerous museums in the villages in the vincinty.

Our cosy rooms (5 singlerooms, 10 double rooms (2 of them for handicapped persons) and the 3-bed rooms) are well equipped with shower/ WC, Sat-TV and partially with telephone. Terrace, lawn and suffient places to park are at your disposal.

If you return from your eventful excursions we will spoil you with varied meals. Regional, traditional Erzgebirge meals as well as home-cooked meals are on the menu. If you want to have a family party in our restaurant (33 persons), Erzgebirge room (18 persons) or hunting room (50 persons) we will act in an advisory capacity to you. In addition we will comply with your wish to enjoy a regional show, to organize a coach- or charabanc tour or a trip with the "Seiffner Bimmelbahn" (small train with a warning bell)

Our house opens daily at 11 am and we would like to welcome you as our guests in the "Hotel Dachsbaude".

From "Hermsdorfer Kreuz" (A4) or from "Hof" (A72): Use the A4 / A72 exit "Chemnitz Süd" or "Chemnitz Nord" B174 "Zschopau-Marienberg" along the B171 to "Olbernhau" from Olbernhau towards "Seiffen / Neuhausen" at the end of "Olbernhau" towards "Neuhausen" in Neuhausen towards "Deutscheinsiedel" ca. 2km after "Deutscheinsiedel" your destiny is located on the left. From "Berlin" (A13), "Leipzig" (A14) or "Dresden" (A4): Use the A4 - exit "Siebenlehn" or "Nossen" B101 towards "Freiberg" - "Großhartmannsdorf" towards "Sayda" -" Neuhausen" in Neuhausen towards "Deutscheinsiedel" ca. 2km after "Deutscheinsiedel" your destiny is located on the left.

For individual bookings:

We offer you 59 overnight stays in single, double or three bed room. Each of the rooms is comfortably equipped (shower / WC, Sat-TV), so that you can feel at home. We have 2 rooms for handicapped persons, consequently guest in wheel-chairs can spend their holidays here.

-	from 25th November to 06th January we charge seasonal supplement of EUR 3,00 p.p and night.
-	Extra-bed is possible for EUR 20,00 p.P. and night..
-	No charge for children in their parent's room in the months March, July, August. If you need a baby-bed please tell us when making your reservation. These rule is only valid for children with 2 grown-ups and it depends on the opportunities of our hotel.
-	Your can bring your pet (please inform us in advance), we charge a supllement of EUR 3,00..
-	Alle prices possibly plus visitor's tax (charged by the municipaty Neuhausen.)

The arrival should be between 2 pm and 8 pm. According to an agreement you can arrive later.
The departure should be up to 10 a.m.

You can book with or without obligation under "Buchungsanfrage" (sorry, only in German).
If you have decided for a stay in our house, please book in time by letter, Fax, Telefon or E-Mail. You will get an acknowledgement from us.

All services are carried out on the basis of our general terms of business.
With the publication of this price-list all previous prise-lists loose their validty. Errors and freehand allocations reserved. Price list valid from February 2003. All Prices in Euro including tax.
